My wish list for a stimulus goes to health care and health insurance reform. But everyone so far is only talking about this as pure stimulus and is forgetting the promised tax relief to middle and lower class working people. That relief in place over several years is a natural base for retail and savings. The fact that everyone goes to pure spending without it is an error in perspective.
