Comment by Bob Bezio on January 8, 2009 at 11:33am - What would happen if we we moved the retirement date for social security and medicare back five years then slowly move it back up over 10 years. It seems all the money put in would surely be spent on consumables not saved, and jobs would open up for younger unemployed workers.
