Natural sleep medicine is more often than not more affordable than any of the prescription drugs, and you do not need to get script from a doctor to get them. Almost any natural sleep medicine that you can think of can be purchased locally at a pharmacy or health food store, and if not it can be ordered online. If you are having problems getting to sleep, think of a natural sleep medicine first.
